Stakeholders
Due to the varying roles and identities of Mao Bao’s key stakeholders, each stakeholder group focuses on different issues related to the Company. All departments at Mao Bao proactively engage in continuous and constructive communication with stakeholders through various channels. A dedicated Stakeholder Section has been established on the Company's official website to appropriately address stakeholders’ concerns on significant sustainability issues. The implementation measures are as follows:

A Stakeholder Contact and Feedback Section is available on the Company website, including dedicated areas for customers, shareholders, suppliers, and employees. The Company responds appropriately to the important sustainability issues raised by each stakeholder group.

A toll-free 0800 customer service hotline is in place to promptly respond to customer inquiries and repair requests, facilitating effective communication with consumers.

A spokesperson and deputy spokesperson have been designated to respond to major issues raised by shareholders.

Regular labor-management meetings are held. The Company also provides an employee suggestion box, internal website, and periodic announcements related to personnel matters and the employee welfare committee. An Employee Care and Whistleblowing Mailbox is also available.

Multiple communication channels, including internet, email, telephone, and fax, are utilized to establish contact with stakeholders. These channels allow stakeholders who are concerned about Mao Bao to stay informed about the Company’s operations. At the same time, the Company is able to understand and respond in a timely manner to stakeholders’ expectations and demands.
The Sustainable Development Committee reports annually to the Board of Directors on the previous year’s stakeholder engagement efforts related to corporate social responsibility, as well as the implementation plans for the current year.
Each department of Mao Bao collects issues raised by key stakeholders during routine business interactions. These concerns are compiled by the Sustainable Development Committee, which also references the GRI Standards (2016 Edition) and sustainability reports from industry peers. Through this process, Mao Bao identifies a range of sustainability topics encompassing economic, environmental, and social aspects, ensuring that the Company’s sustainability disclosures meet the GRI requirements for completeness and inclusiveness.
