2024 Sustainability Report (Chinese Version)

Mao Bao Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Mao Bao") is committed to publishing a Sustainability Report annually.
This report is the 11th edition and covers the reporting period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
The economic and financial performance disclosed in this report is prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and includes Mao Bao Inc. and its subsidiaries.
All financial figures are presented in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).
The scope of environmental and social performance indicators focuses primarily on Mao Bao Inc. in Taiwan, including the Taipei Branch and the Hukou Headquarters and Factory in Hsinchu.
During the reporting period, there were no significant changes in the Company's scale, structure, or ownership. The statistical data disclosed in this report are based on internal statistics and survey results. Financial data are publicly disclosed and have been certified by external auditors. Any restated data or changes are explained in the relevant sections of the report.
